Strategy

Mr. Miz tin can sometimes be found in the Hall of the Expressionless, well-nigh the terminate of the Lair of Infinite Desperation. If the assertion point is not shown on the map, Fast Travel can exist used to enter and go out the area until Mr. Miz appears.
